General Information

What is waist training?

Waist training is the gradual process of waist reduction by wearing a tight corset. It works by suppressing your appetite and encouraging perspiration. With consistent and dedicated use, your abdominal muscles will shrink to accommodate the waist trainer. For best results, use it alongside moderate exercise and a healthy diet.

How soon can you see results?

Results vary. Some people see changes in just a few hours, while others may see effects after a week. Some may not see immediate changes in measurements but will notice a significant improvement in their "before and after" photos.

Will the effect be permanent?

The effect is similar to a workout or a diet; you'll see positive results, but you might regain fat if you stop. To maintain your results, simply continue wearing your corset daily, even for a short period of time.

Will it still be effective even without diet or workout?

Yes, as long as you wear it daily. It makes you sweat every time you wear it, which is like working out without the effort. The corset has a cotton lining that absorbs the sweat.

Will a corset affect my internal organs?

No, it will not. The corsets are made from latex with flexible, non-memory steel bonings that bend and move with your body, so they won't put enough pressure on your internal organs to disrupt them.

Sizing and Fit

How do I choose the right corset size?

The corset size should be one size smaller than your actual measurements. To get your measurements, you'll need to measure your torso length, underbust, and navel line. Your exact size will be indicated on your order form by the CEO after your order and payment are finalized.

How many inches can I lose?

The average loss is about 3 inches per size, but some people have lost 5 inches or more. The results depend on the person.

What should I do when I reach the last hook?

You can either buy a smaller size if you want to lose more inches, or you can continue using the same corset daily to maintain your shape. Wearing it for 2-3 hours daily is enough for maintenance.

Will it still be effective even without diet or workout?

Yes, as long as you wear it daily. It makes you sweat every time you wear it, which is like working out without the effort. The corset has a cotton lining that absorbs the sweat.

Is there a difference in sizing between the Vest and Standard types?

Yes, the vest sizing has a bigger range than the standard. For example, a Large vest is equivalent to an XL standard.

Product Information

What does "boning" mean?

Boning refers to the flexible spiral steel inserts inside the corset. They are for shaping, back support, and posture. The more boning there is, the faster the shaping and the better the back support.

What is the difference between the 9-boned and 29-boned corsets?

The difference is in the materials and boning. The 9-boned corset is made of simple latex, while the 29-boned is made of rubber latex. The rubber latex burns fat faster, and the increased number of bones leads to faster shaping and better back support.

What is the best option for postpartum or post-op use?

The best option is the 9 Boned Latex corset. It has fewer bones, making it more breathable and comfortable for stitches or sensitive areas.

What is the difference between the standard and vest types?

The main difference is coverage. The vest type also targets the upper back and bra line fats, helping to reduce them, while the standard does not.

What is the difference between the 29-boned short and 29-boned standard?

The 29-boned short is for people with a shorter torso length (10.5 inches and below, from underbust to lower abdomen). The 29-boned standard is for people with a torso length of 11 inches or above.

What do the arm shaper adjustment hooks mean?

The adjustment layers are designed to fit all body types. The arm shaper's main purpose is to make your arms slimmer, and it should be snug but not so tight that it affects blood flow.

How long should I wear my corset?

It's recommended to wear your corset for at least 4 hours on the first day. You can gradually increase the time to 6 to 8 hours a day. You can wear it while eating to help suppress your appetite, and you can also wear it at night, although daytime use is suggested for the first three days.

Can I use it during a workout?

Yes, definitely! The flexible steel boning bends and moves with your body, making it comfortable even during an intense workout.
